Beyond the reset is a 3 week online program created to help you reconnect with that steadiness. You will explore at your own pace, in your own way, within a supportive group space designed to reduce stress and invite calm.

Beyond The Reset unfolds gently over three weeks, giving you space to breathe and reflect between each gathering.

Frequently asked questions

❓ What if I cannot make all the sessions live
That is completely fine. Every call is recorded and you will receive the replays so you can catch up or revisit at any time. Whenever possible, if there is a group exercise, we will also offer suggestions for how you can explore it on your own at home.

❓ I am already busy, will this feel like more to do
The program is designed with breathing space in mind. Just one 90 minute session each week, with time in between to let things settle. There is nothing to keep up with or complete.

❓ What if I do not feel ready
You do not need to wait until life calms down. This journey is made for the very moments when things feel messy.

❓ Do I need to share in the group
Not at all. Some people love to speak, others prefer to listen quietly. Both are equally welcome. This is a group space, but the journey is about your own individual experience, exploring at the pace and depth that feels right for you.

❓ I am not sure if three weeks can make a difference
Real change does not always take years. Sometimes one new thought or a single fresh perspective can shift how everything feels.

❓ I am not spiritual or deep, is this still for me
Absolutely. You do not need to believe anything special or be a certain kind of person. Curiosity is enough.

❓ What if I get emotional
That is okay. Emotions are part of being human, and you will be met with care and respect.

❓ I am not great with technology
Joining is simple. You will receive a Zoom link by email, and we are on hand if you run into any hiccups.
